 It's no secret that I like to sweat! As a competitive fighter, I have to do a lot of "off mat" training. Most of that involves running at least 3KM every day, and ALOT of yoga. I also have really committed to weight training (I'm fortunate that my partner and I have a pretty great at home gym setup). We live in a small space, so functionality is everything.
